IPC International Corporation recently announced the rollout of IPC InSite^TM, a robust web-based learning and incident management system. Among many other benefits, the platform will allow for more efficient and customized training.

The system is the result of a joint partnership between IPC International and Lauren Innovations. Lauren Innovations is the provider of the NaviGate Critical Information Management System.

InSite will be the platform from which online training sessions will now be conducted. Online training through InSite^TM will be a more effective and efficient training delivery vehicle. Directors, supervisors and officers will be able to devote less time for the same quantity and quality of training upon which IPC has built its industry leading reputation. Less overall resources will need to be applied to training purposes. IPC also plans to increase the amount of online training offered through InSite^TM within the next year.

InSite^TM will also host IPC's vast inventory of training materials. This allows registered users to obtain needed training materials through an online portal, accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week. No longer will trainees have to wait for materials to be sent via mail. With one location for all materials, employees will have all the resources they need to deliver the highest level of security, instantaneously.

The system will also enhance communication by supporting blogs, podcasts and forum discussions, leading to more sharing of information and best practices among employees and properties.

Additionally, InSite^TM provides a basis for IPC to develop further technological advances that will all serve to enhance IPC's overall service delivery.
