IPC Corporate Employees, including their nationwide Regional Managers, are meeting this week for the 2010 Leadership Summit to discuss and share best practices, industry trends and new initiatives taking place at IPC. The Summit is being held June 7-11 at IPC's Corporate Headquarters. Operational Employees will be able to take what they learn and share it with their Directors and Supervisors to better serve their clients.

The three-day event covers a variety of security and talent management related topics. The focus of the agenda includes: Talent Management/HR Interviewing Techniques, The Power of Goal Setting and Performance Measurement, Professional Client Communications, Supervisors as Leaders, IPC's InSite and Safety Matters. Subject matter experts from within IPC and outside industry professionals will be presenting and facilitating discussions. It is a great opportunity for the Employees of IPC to share and learn from each other.

To focus on continually enhancing client relations, a panel discussion is being held where Employees can share best practices, ask questions and give example scenarios on how to better serve clients. In addition, there are Client Breakout Sessions where Employees can discuss programs and issues directly affecting their respective portfolios.

The overarching goal and focus of the Summit is the IPC 2010 Corporate theme "Getting Better...at Every Level." IPC intends for the Summit to directly benefit their clients through collaboration and education. Corporate Employees including their nationwide Regional Managers have the opportunity to interact with each other, share best practices and learn the latest industry trends so that they can take that knowledge back to their properties to better equip local staff. Regional Managers will also be prepared to implement new strategies and techniques that will elevate service delivery and client relations at the local and corporate level.

Russell C. Collett, Chief Operating Officer for IPC International commented, "The leadership throughout our company, our unparalleled training program, and everyone's commitment to Getting Better...at Every Level are just a few of the reasons IPC is able to continue to deliver such a high level of customer service recognized throughout the security industry. This is an extraordinary and unique opportunity for us to interact and learn from one another. With changes in the industry and new initiatives taking place at IPC, this will be quality time with lively discussions and interesting presentations. Everyone is excited."
