
Bannockburn, IL. Recently, IPC International’s Michael Crane, Executive Vice President and General Counsel, was invited to participate in an ASIS International Foundation grant project, “Advancing Victim’s Rights for the Private Security Professional.”
Mr. Crane was part of a group of individuals from private industry, law enforcement, government and victim services invited to discuss best practices for the private security industry.
As a participant in the program IPC’s involvement included sharing valuable experiences and generating dialogue on how private security can work effectively with law enforcement and emergency service providers. The information gathered from the presenters at this workshop will be compiled by ASIS and the information will be used for training programs for private security professionals to help improve communication and assistance to law enforcement agencies to aid individuals affected by unlawful activities.
