In the spirit of community and corporate citizenship, IPC has entered into a formal mutual aid arrangement that will allow the Bannockburn Police Department to utilize the facilities of the IPC Emergency Communications Center (ECC) in the event that their regular station facilities are rendered inoperable.

Located within the IPC corporate headquarters in Bannockburn, Illinois, the IPC Emergency Communications Center is a fully equipped crisis management facility, offering redundant communications resources and operations support capabilities. During periods of need, the Emergency Communications Center is staffed 24/7 by key IPC corporate management and administrative personnel in order to ensure that clients receive superior service support in times of crises.

According to Bannockburn Police Chief Kevin Tracz, "the IPC ECC is an ideal alternative facility from which to operate our department should the need arise. By its design, the IPC ECC has nearly all of the communication and connectivity resources necessary for our department to conduct operations. We truly appreciate this professional partnership with IPC."

As part of the agreement, IPC International will be entitled to utilize the administrative and operation facilities of the Village of Bannockburn should the IPC corporate headquarters be vacated in an emergency. This enables IPC to continue to provide full service and support to its clients even in extreme situations where operations cannot continue at the corporate office. The ability to relocate operations greatly bolsters IPC's operational continuity and its ability to manage crises.
