General Position Descriptions
Security Officer
Duties include: Accountable for providing consistent, quality mall public safety services to client management, mall patrons and tenants. Enforce established safety program through patrolling and actively responding to and reporting unusual incidents.
Security Dispatcher
Duties include: Promote the established security program by recognizing the safety of the public and the protection of property and assets as the number one priority. Designate and assign response to calls for security services. Monitor various security related equipment to track the location of all foot and vehicular patrols, public activity and emergency sensor equipment.
Shift Supervisor
Duties Include: Accountable for the continued maintenance of the security program through patrolling mall exterior, common areas and non customer areas and actively responding to and reporting unusual events. Promote a consistent, quality customer service approach for the protections of persons, property and assets by providing daily operational direction to staff.
Assistant Director of Security
Duties include: Direct staff in maintaining a quality, customer service oriented environment specifically designed for the protection of persons, property and assets. Actively patrols interior and exterior property responding to and reporting unusual events
Director of Security
Duties include: Accountable for the continued development, coordination and maintenance of the security program as directed by client management and corporate policy promoting a service oriented environment which actively seeks to deter and control crime.
